What are those lil greenie kiddos up to? Well, as a mama of two I can assure you it’s all play around here!
Play is learning though, especially when it is in the great outdoors. Collecting rocks, rolling in the grass, feeding the birds…there are so many awesome educational benefits to all of these “play” activities!
But what about that bedroom? Yeah, all the laundry on the floor? The toys that still lie around from yesterday’s Star Wars battle. The Legos that you find under the couch cushions?
That’s where www.myjobchart.com comes in! My good bud Lisa from www.simplifiedsaving.com just recently shared with me how amazing her kids are at helping around the house. I checked it out and within about 20 minutes our life has changed! This was just a few days ago but we are still going strong which is a huge improvement from our history of chores!
I assigned rewards for my kids to meet too. We’ve got rewards for t.v. watching, money and the big one…iTunes. My kids save points and can buy songs and games. It’s amazing and it’s working.
I just never had the follow through required for job charts on the fridge but my kids are genuinely excited and motivated to log-in with their very own password and click off those jobs!
How can one argue with something that works? If you have been down the chore chart road then you just might think about checking this out.
